Return Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. You may arrange for collection via your local post office or drop off the item at a nearby post office. Shipping costs for returns will be determined based on the reason for return:

  • Our responsibility: We will reimburse return shipping costs if the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective clothing, wrong item sent).
  • Your responsibility: You will cover return shipping costs for reasons such as:
    • The clothing does not meet your expectations (e.g., style, fit).
    • Incorrect size (too small or too large).
    • Color does not match your expectations.
    • Change of mind or no longer needing the item.
    • Ordering the wrong item or quantity.
    • Failure to read the product description thoroughly.

If you receive incorrect or damaged clothing, please take clear photos of the issue and contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange a reshipment or issue a refund based on the specific situation.

Important Notices

  • Do not send returns to the sender address on your package. This is not our return address and will delay processing. Use only the address provided by customer service.
  • Ensure your return package does not include non-myfulldress items, as we cannot be responsible for returning them to you.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Keep your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Refund Policy

  • Defective/damaged items: If clothing is misprinted, damaged, or defective due to our production or shipping, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Order cancellations: Full refunds are issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase or before the item is shipped. Cancellations are not accepted once the item has shipped.
  • Lost parcels: If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.
  • Address issues:
    • If the courier cannot deliver due to an unrecognizable address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
    • If you provide an incorrect address and do not notify us to change it, you will be liable for any resulting losses.
  • Unacceptable returns: Items returned with signs of use (e.g., makeup stains, animal hair, deodorant marks, or perfume odors) will be denied a refund.
